Walter will bring significant federal investment into Maryland’s Fifth District by rebuilding our roads and bridges, expanding clean energy production, and upgrading our transportation and water systems, while ensuring that these jobs are union jobs that sustain families.

Expand Apprenticeships & Career Pathways
College is not the only path to success in our economy. Walter will invest in apprenticeships and trade schools and community colleges to provide a clear path into high-demand fields without incurring student debt.
